• Review your design carefully, checking all aspects including SPELLING, GRAMMAR, LAYOUT, COLOURS, SIZING and GENERAL CONCEPT

WHERE CHANGES ARE REQUIRED

• Should any changes be required, please select �Conditional Approval� or �Not Approved� from the drop down box and make a note the changes under �Add Comments�. You can also call us on 1800 639 611 to discuss.

CONDITIONS

• Your logo will be produced to the dimensions included in this proof
• Any delay authorising this proof will affect the delivery date stated in your Sales Order
• When authorising this proof you are accepting all content. It is your responsibility to note any errors or to request another copy if your proof is difficult to read.
